Returns and Exchanges
3.1 Money-Back Guarantee
You have a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive the goods. However, certain provisions apply:
3.1.1 Original Packaging
The goods must be in their original packaging or suitable packaging, which includes all parts of the item packaged.
3.1.2 Assembled Items
Any item that is already assembled cannot be returned unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items must be returned unused.
3.2 Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will need to verify this. Please understand that it is your responsibility to provide clear images before arranging a return or exchange.
3.3 Replacement of Defective or Incorrect Items
Incorrect and defective items will be replaced as long as sufficient evidence has been provided.
3.3.1 Damaged Items
If the item has been damaged due to incorrect use, this will breach your warranty, and we shall not replace the item.
3.4 General Returns
If there is nothing defective or incorrect with the item and you would like to return it, you must arrange your own courier service to return the goods, subject to conditions 3.1.1 and 3.1.2.
3.4.1 Color and Size Returns
All pictures displayed on beds may slightly vary from actual bed colors. Note that image resolution can affect the saturation of swatch images. Ensure you have correctly chosen your desired color and size. If you wish to return an item due to color or size issues, a fee of 50% of the desired item will be incurred. Products must be returned via your own courier service. Customised beds are non-refundable after dispatch.
3.4.2 Collection Service
When arranging a collection service for damaged or faulty goods, it’s important that you are available on the agreed date and time. If collection is missed on more than one occasion due to unavailability, you will be liable for any further costs of £95 to collect the goods.
3.4.3 Used Mattresses
Any mattresses that have been used and it has passed the 14-day money-back guarantee cannot be returned.
3.4.4 Liability Exclusions
We will not accept liability for items deemed defective due to fair wear and tear, damage caused by the consumer, negligence, or damage from a third party. Additionally, we are not responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow assembly instructions or repairs/alterations carried out independently.
3.5 Self-Return Conditions
If you return the items yourself, you are subject to all the above conditions.
3.5.1 No Compensation for Returns
We will not offer any compensation for the journey, including but not limited to fuel money, courier expenses, or time off work.
3.5.2 Parts and Fittings
All parts, fixtures, and fittings must be returned. Any parts damaged during transit will incur costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
3.6 Right to Refund
You forfeit the right to a refund if you dispose of the item before it has been collected or returned.
3.7 Collection and Refund Process
Refunds are not issued prior to the collection of goods.
